Refund policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us at maktabat.salsabeel@gmail.com. If possible, please provide your order number and the items concerned.
After cancellation, the goods must be returned without undue delay, and no later than within 14 days, to the following address:

Return Shipping Costs
The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer. We do not reimburse return shipping costs.
Please note that we do not provide a free return label. The return must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
The return must be announced in advance by email at maktabat.salsabeel@gmail.com. Returns made without prior contact may not be properly assigned to the corresponding order.
Condition of Returned Goods
Please handle the goods carefully during the cancellation period. The goods should, where possible, be returned in the condition in which you received them.
You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Damage and Problems
Please check your order immediately after receipt. If an item is damaged or defective, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at maktabat.salsabeel@gmail.com, so that we can review the matter and find an appropriate solution.
Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply or may expire under the statutory conditions for certain goods, in particular:
- Goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return,
- Goods which can deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded,
- Goods that are made according to the customer's specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs,
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery,
- As well as other statutory exceptions.
Please contact us if you are unsure whether a particular item is excluded from the right of cancellation.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to receive a different item, you can return the originally ordered item as part of the cancellation process and then place a new order.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved.
In the event of a valid cancellation, we will refund the payments you have made, including the cost of delivery to you. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The refund may be withheld until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods — whichever occurs earlier.
The refund will be issued within the statutory period. Please note that, depending on the payment service provider, it may take some time before the refund becomes visible in your account.
